Legal basis
Handling enquiries is based on the legitimate interest of the controller in evaluating potential buyers for a private sale. Marketing and analytics tracking is based on the user's consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Retention
Applicant data is kept for 2 years from the request, unless consent is withdrawn or a deletion request is exercised. Anonymised browsing data may be retained longer for system security.
Sharing
Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with professionals appointed by the controller (notary, technician, consultant) solely for the sale process, and with essential technical providers (hosting, email, analytics).
